Introducing the "Full Moon" Box by Luna Piena – a fantastic collaboration between our team and Andrea Basile from BasileADV, an Italian design powerhouse. This project was special, aiming to capture both uniqueness and mystery right from the start.
Our task was to create a limited-edition box (only 20 available) for Luna Piena, a new brand on the Italian market. The box features a captivating bottle with a glow-in-the-dark label that reveals a werewolf when exposed to light, drawing inspiration from 50s horror movies.
The challenge was to design a box that not only holds the bottle but also adds something extra – in this case, a lamp. Working closely with Andrea, we added our own creative touch.

The "Full Moon" box is crafted from two types of wood (light and dark), creating a visually appealing contrast. We utilized both processed and non-processed wood for an even neater look and an enhanced contrast effect.
Without a doubt, the standout feature of the box is the LED light bulb at the bottom of each piece, creating the "Full Moon" effect and enhancing the overall appeal of the bottle.
We encountered some challenges, such as determining where to place the wires, finding the right bulb size, and ensuring it stays powered for an extended period. After discussions with the client, we incorporated a switch to control the bulb, allowing customers to switch between "dark" and "light" modes as they wish. As a final touch, we included a "power alert light" that changes color from yellow to green, signaling when it's time to charge the battery.
This project was incredibly exciting, and we look forward to the next challenge. We wish Luna Piena all the best and can't wait for more creative adventures together!
