The Herman's Batch edition was created to pay tribute to Hermann Upmann — the famous German banker who created the brand more than 175 years ago, and is the first release using Upmann’s first name.
The gift package contains 5 Toro cigars, a copper Moscow Mule mug, matching stirrer and a cocktail recipe card that includes Upmann's take on a Moscow Mule.
Production was done using a paperboard outer with a double opening lid, PVC windows and then wrapped with a textured paper exterior. The box lid was decorated with a rose gold copper foil and then finally the cup was held securely in place using an EVA foam nest.
The final result looks luxurious, but still came in on budget; it stands out on the shelf, and it still retains the essence of the original H.Upmann brand.
